HB-A1SP

The HB-A1SP is a smart GPS electronic lock and asset tracking device that pairs a physical electronic seal with GPS and BeiDou positioning, 4G connectivity and a cloud platform. It locks onto a container or trailer, reports its location and seal status in real time, and lets operators lock or unlock it remotely, creating a complete and auditable record of every shipment.

The HB-A1SP carries a 15,200 mAh battery that provides around 31 days of standby with no solar input at a 10-minute reporting interval. With the optional solar panel, it becomes a solar GPS tracker that tops up during transit, extending operating time and reducing recharge downtime on long-haul routes. A full USB recharge takes about 10 hours.

It supports several methods for flexibility in the field: RFID ID card unlocking within 2.5 cm, Bluetooth 4.0 app unlocking from a phone within about 20 m, and remote unlocking over 4G or SMS with no distance limit. Access is limited to authorised users, and every seal and unseal event is logged with time and location.

Yes. The HB-A1SP is IP67 waterproof and built with a flame-retardant, ATEX-rated explosion-proof shell and a lock rod seal resistance of 1000 kg. It operates from -40 to +85 degrees C, so it holds up to water, dust, impact and extreme temperatures in demanding transport conditions.

The HB-A1SP is built for dead zones. When coverage drops, it stores location and event data in its built-in NAND flash memory, up to 3,800 records, and uploads everything automatically once connectivity returns. This leaves no gaps in the tracking history for cargo moving through the UAE and the wider region.
