HB-A1SP

A GPS electronic seal, or GPS e lock, is an intelligent electronic container lock that pairs a physical locking mechanism with GNSS positioning, 4G connectivity and a cloud platform. The HB-A1SP locks onto a container or trailer, acquires its position through GPS and BeiDou, and continuously reports location, seal status, battery level and tamper events. Operators view live tracking and lock or unlock the device remotely, creating a full auditable record of the shipment.

A conventional bolt seal is single-use and only confirms tampering when it is inspected at a checkpoint. The HB-A1SP is a reusable anti-tamper cargo lock that tracks the container continuously and sends an instant alert the moment the cable is cut, the cover is opened or the device is detached. You know where and when a breach happened in real time, which suits cross-border and high-value movements far better.

It supports several methods for field flexibility: 4G remote unlocking through the cloud platform or SMS with no distance limit, mobile app control over Bluetooth 5.2 within about 20 m, and RFID card authentication within 2.5 cm. Access is limited to authorised users, and every seal and unseal event is logged with time and GPS location.

Yes. The 20,000 mAh battery gives up to 60 days of standby with no solar input at a 5-minute reporting interval. With the optional solar panel, it becomes a solar GPS tracking device that tops up during transit, extending operating time and cutting recharge downtime on long haul routes.

The HB-A1SP is built for dead zones. When coverage drops, it stores location and event data in its built-in 8 MB memory, up to 10,000 records, and uploads everything automatically once connectivity returns. This leaves no gaps in the tracking history, which is important for customs-supervised cargo moving through the UAE and the wider region.
