Description
The SP-BLE 4 Fuel Level Sensor is a capacitive fuel-monitoring device that measures the level of fuels and lubricants in vehicle and stationary tanks in real time. Built on a wireless Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) interface, it is read directly by a compatible GPS tracker or transport control terminal, so no data wiring is required. It is suitable for diesel fuel, gasoline and oil, housed in a rugged IP68 anodised aluminium body, and its measuring tube can be cut down or extended to fit almost any tank. With a permissible measurement error of no more than 1% and an integrated temperature sensor, it supports accurate fuel consumption reporting across fleets, generators and industrial fuel storage.
High-Accuracy Capacitive Measurement
A capacitive probe converts fuel level into a precise reading with a permissible measurement error of no more than 1%.
Wireless BLE Connectivity
Fuel level, temperature and battery data are read wirelessly over Bluetooth Low Energy by your GPS tracker or transport control terminal.
Built-in Temperature Sensing
An integrated sensor measures temperature from -40°C to +85°C with a 0.5°C error, supporting temperature-stable fuel readings.
Cuttable and Extendable Probe
The 1000 mm standard measuring part can be cut shorter or extended up to 5 m to fit shallow or deep tanks.
Rugged IP68 Design
An anodised aluminium body with a glass-filled polypropylene cover is sealed to IP68 for dust and water resistance in harsh environments.
Long Battery Life
A replaceable Li-SOCL2 14500 3.6V battery gives an average product lifetime of up to 7 years, with remaining battery life reported in months.
Easy Tracker Integration
A TD Escort compatible protocol with BLE auto-search or MAC-address pairing connects the sensor to your Falcon tracker.
