Together with Benzindex, Falcon Trackers created a solution for preventing fuel thefts on an entirely new level.
Having analyzed fuel frauds made by drivers, we found a single way to nip it in the bud: to integrate fuel card transaction data together with data from fuel sensors installed on vehicles. Our joint solution with Benzindex is exceptional and unique in the field of fuel theft and fraud.
In comparison with the location of the vehicle at the time of refueling, the system analyzes the time and location of the fuel station where the transaction takes place. A special report is formed in the event the locations do not match. This option effectively avoids refueling inappropriate vehicles.
Comparing the amount of fuel in the tank with the amount recorded in the transaction information. An email or text notification is sent when it differs, and a special report is generated.
Together with the Pilot fleet management system, fuel cards eliminate the risk of fraud by drivers, misuse of cards for refueling vehicles on the side, and theft of money deposited on the card between a driver and cashier. As a result of such integration, our clients receive the following additional options:
